Yesterday, 27 October 2007, I went to Changi Airport Terminal 1 to see a friend off in the morning whom had helped me a lot in the past. It has been quite some time that I stepped into Terminal 1 again. The last time was when going for my army overseas training and for Airport Duties. As for Terminal 2, I just went there a few months back for a presentation research of Terminal 2 before I graduated.
After seeing my friend off, I went for lunch at the airport, followed by some photo taking at the airplane viewing mall. Since I was already at the airport after traveling an hour of MRT journey, so I don’t want to waste the chance of taking airplanes photos. Haha
Along the way back, I also noticed that there is also a new Air Train service leading to the new Terminal 3 that is scheduled to be officially opened in 9th Jan 2008. That day, the Terminal 3 was opened for preview for the CAAS staff and friends that were invited, so I only managed to get a brochure of the Terminal 3 (see below) from the person on duties. Too bad, cannot go in. As for the general public, it will only be opened for preview at the end of this year. I think I will be going for the T3 preview at the end of this year for view and take photos if it falls on weekend. Anyone interested to go??
