(Specification of the Lego F1 Ferrari Model)
Yesterday, I bypassed AMK Hub and remembered that there is an actual size Lego F1 Ferrari model on display inside the shopping mall until 23 March 2008; hence I went inside to take a look.
I walked around Level 1 and managed to find the Lego Roadshow at the central location. When I first looked at the Ferrari F1 Lego model, it was really amazing. An 1:1 actual size of the F1 car model appeared in front of me and it certainly looks like quite grand, except that it can’t move. The whole model was built using Lego system bricks except for the tyres. Haha. However sound systems was implanted inside the model to allow it to simulate the engine sound of the F1 racing car.

Then I noticed there was a specification of the Lego Ferrari, so I took a close look and was surprised to see the weight of the model. Wah 600kg!!
I can’t imagine it was so heavy since each piece of Lego system brick is quite light. However since the Lego Ferrari was built using 146,000 pieces of Lego system bricks, so the 600kg weight is quite reasonable. Haha Ü
Following that, I used my camera to take a few snapshots of the Lego F1 Ferrari model. Below are the photos.
