Recently, I heard from the news that 2 rotating towers are to be built in Dubai and Moscow. It is really stunning to have such revolutionary Dynamic Towers to be constructed.
For your information, the creator and architect for the rotating tower is a guy called Dr David Fisher and the number of stories for the 2 towers at Dubai and Moscow are at 80 and 70 respectively. The 2 towers should be completed by Year 2010.
