Afternoon Jog to Singapore Zoo and Night Safari

Following the morning jog to Kranji Reservoir Park yesterday, I did another 11km afternoon jog alone to Singapore Zoo and Night Safari at Mandai Area today.

The last 5km along Mandai Road was challenging due to the long stretch of upslopes that I need to overcome. When I was about to reach the zoo during the last 1.5km, I noticed 1 portion of the area was covered for development of the new S$180 million River Safari Park that will be ready in 2012. That will add another new place of interest to both the local and tourist too when it is ready.

After walking around outside the zoo and night safari to take some photos, I took a 15 minute bus ride back home, compared to a 1hr 15min slow jog there. Haha :”D
