Official Run Round Singapore 2010 website is finally out !!

To all running enthusiasts,

Further to my previous blog post on RRS2010 some time ago, the official Run Round Singapore 2010 website is finally released.

My previous blog post on RRS2010

Official RRS2010 Website URL

The 218km running route consisting of 68 stations is to be completed under 36 hours in order to set a new record in Singapore Book of Records.

Running route

From what I read from the website, there are a total of 2 categories. First category is for the main 9 core runners who will be participating in this event and accompanied by escort runners. Public & NTU alumus can also join in the fun by participating in the relay category which consists of 3km between each station.

I think I am going to take part as escort runner or running in the relay category.

hello..chanced upon your blog n u bring back my memory. Were u at fragant food factory last sunday with a lady with grey hair? Guess tour bus brought u all there. I had a bagful of bak gua together with my family. Had a great tour that day. The $8 tour package was worthwhile.

Yes. I was at a CNY shopping tour with my mum last sunday at some masiling and woodlands food factories that was organised by the RC. Where you saw me? At 香味 food factory?

Our tour is only $4 each person which include to and fro coach ride. Why your one so expensive?

In the tour, we also visited the sembawang god of wealth temple before we proceed to the food factories.

Yes at the bak gua megastore. Did you get anything? And what did you buy? I thought $8 was cheap. Why was yours cheaper than mine? Ours also go chinatown. But the tour bus only got lao aunties. Only ah soh will go to this type of shopping la. And some lao uncles.

You never bring your kids and lao po along?

I forgot to bring my camera there. If not I will share my pictures with you so that you could cover and write an interesting blog. Cool. U visited temple? That temple is very new to me. Was it nice? I am interested to know. Btw, did the RC bring you to warehouse raw food sale? Actually mine have but in the end cancelled.

Oic. ha. nevermind. Too crowded to take photos also. The interior of the temple still not bad. I took some photos of the temple along the way but have not posted yet.

Yes. We did went to some small raw food warehouses. My mum bought most of the stuff which include bak gua. I help her to see and carry the stuff.
